Summary

In the age of the customer — when companies only win by being customer-obsessed and delivering exceptional experiences — customer experience (CX) will mature into a full-fledged profession. But the lack of CX university degree programs or even rigorous CX training offerings hinders progress on the path to maturity and contributes to a dearth of CX talent. This report provides an overview of the CX certifications currently available and offers recommendations to CX professionals about how best to train and develop CX skills.
